5.If you apply for a business Chinese Visa, you need to enclose a copy of a formal invitation letter issued by a Chinese Company with China address and telephone no. shown on the letter head. The invitation letter needs to be signed or stamped and dated. It needs to state the travellers Surname, Middle Names, Frist Name & current passport no. exactly as printed on your passport. Short form or Initial of names not acceptable. If you want to apply for a multiple entry visa, the letter must mention this and give a reason. You visa application won't be accepted by the Chinese Embassy if these details are missing.
6.Applicant applying for tourist and family visa (L-visa) need to provide:
* Cruise Line itinerary or Air ticket booking record (round trip) and hotel reservation with your full name on it; OR
* Invitation letter from a Chinese organization or a permanent resident in China.
Your invitation letter from friends or relatives in China should include the following personal details:
Full Name of invitee as shown on passport;
Gender of invitee;
Date of birth of invitee;
Passport No. of invitee;
Date of intended visit to China;
Purpose of visiting China.
Name, address and contact telephone number of the inviter;
The letter needs to be dated and signed by the inviter.

7.You should not apply for single entry visa earlier than 2 & half months before travelling.
8.If you can not fill the form or the part of the form by typing, you can always complete it by hand.
9.If you take a cruise and stop over China, you may contact us to find out is it Single Entry or Double Entry or Multiple Entry Chinese Visa required.
10.If you are holding a Nigeria Passport with UK permanant visa, you need an invitation letter from Chinese Government to apply for a Visa for China.
